Stereo Hypnosis is made up of father and son Óskar Thorarensen & Pan Thorarensen together with composer and guitarist Þorkell Atlason.
VÍK was recorded at a concert in Víkurkirkja, Vík i Mýrdal with Hans-Joachim Roedelius in 2016 and in Iðnó, Reykjavík, with Eraldo Bernocchi in 2019.
Roedelius hardly needs to be introduced, he has worked on various projects including Cluster and Harmonia together with Moebius and Michael Rother from the band Neu!. Roedelius has also released albums with Brian Eno. The guitarist and electronic musician Eraldo Bernocchi is a founding member of the Italian electronic project Sigillum S, he has also collaborated with Harold Budd, Robin Guthrie and Bill Laswell to name a few.
