Mæðraveldið just released their first music video from the band named the Matriarchy is here. It is made to the song The Matriarchy from the band’s first album which was released earlier this year on red vinyl.
The video plays neatly with the gender roles in a simple but vast visual presentation. It was made by Heimir Freyr Hlöðversson and Pétur Þór Ragnarsson. The script was written by Eyjólfur B. Eyvindarson and them as well.
